-What size are the bounces?

Our bounces are extremely large and are approximately 20'x20' in size. Ideally you should have a couple of feet all around but we can work with just a few extra feet in front of the unit. Our other equipment has size dimensions in their descriptions.

-How long can I keep the bounce?

The bounce rentals are for an entire day. We have three time choices to choose from 10-5, 11-6 or 12-7 p.m. You usually will have the bounce a little before your scheduled time and sometimes even a little later. Equipment that is rented by the hour can be scheduled to fit your party.

-Can I keep the equipment overnight?

Because of the increased liability from operating the units in the dark we do not offer overnight rentals. Late night rentals for attended equipment are available.

-Does it cost extra for holidays?

There is a holiday charge of $25.00 for inflatables and $50.00 for mechanical and attended rides. Holidays where this applies are Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

-Why are your bounces safer?

All of our units have three inflated walls and a front step that runs along the entire front of the unit. There is no net as this has been shown to cause injury to fingers, ears, teeth, and any other body part that can get caught in the net.

-Do you set up in parks?

Most definitely! We set up in parks in over 30 cities. We have insurance on file with all of these cities. We are also on file with the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside. The only difference at a park is that it might require a generator if no power exists. Consult with the city you are looking to have your party in and ask if their parks have power.

-Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! We carry a one million dollar insurance policy that covers any injuries resulting from ride failure or negligence on the part of a Funn Unlimited employee.

-Will I need a generator?

Only if there is not power available where you want to set up. We need a standard 110 household outlet with a 20 amp circuit. If a blow-drier will work on high heat in an outlet our equipment should operate.

-How much does it cost to run the equipment?

Typically if costs less than two dollars a day to run each piece of equipment.

-Can adults go on the equipment?

Most of our equipment is designed for children but a lot of the pieces, including most of the inflatables, can accommodate adults.

-Who sets the equipment up?

We deliver and set up all of our equipment. We provide any extension cords, hoses or any other equipment necessary to the operation of the equipment. All we need from you is a fairly level area to set up and a power or water source.

-What is your policy on rain?

We do not normally set up equipment up if it is raining. Some pieces can be set up, others cannot. If it starts to rain after your equipment has been set-up you will receive a rain check for a future party. As there are costs associated with delivery and set-up your rain check is good for 50% of the total. If you insist on having the equipment set-up on a rainy day there will be no rain check issued.

-Where can I have the equipment set-up?

Most of the inflatables can be set-up on any surface such as grass, concrete and asphalt. We only need access 3 feet wide to get most inflatables into your yard using a hand truck or dolly. We do not recommend setting up on dirt or sand. The mechanical equipment is not normally set up in the backyard. The driveway or in front of your home are the most common locations for mechanical equipment. The trains and fire engines drive up and down your street or sidewalk.

-Do your inflatables have sun covers?

Some of the inflatables do, others do not. Please inquire about each piece you are interested in if this is a concern of yours.

-How do I know you will show up?

As stated on our home page we our in our second decade of business. While problems sometimes arise we have completed over 99.9% of our deliveries. The only times where a delivery has not been made has been because of an extreme set of circumstances such as an accident with one of our trucks. We pride ourselves on our prompt delivery and every conceivable effort is made to ensure your delivery is completed. We do not operate out of our home with the equipment stored in our garage. This is not a side-business for us. This is what we do 7 days a week 365 days a year. We have over 8,500 square feet of interior space to house all of our equipment inside. We do not decide at the last minute to take the weekend off and cancel our deliveries.
